1. Requests
Send a deletion request to save4org@gmail.com. Include enough information to locate the relevant Telegram interaction without sharing passwords or sensitive credentials.
2. Automatic deletion
Service-controlled temporary media, Telegram profile fields, request metadata and statuses are kept for no longer than two hours. The hosting provider's logs are kept for no longer than seven days.
3. Response
We will review and respond within the time required by applicable law. We may need proportionate verification. Information already deleted under the retention schedule cannot be retrieved.
4. Exceptions
A narrowly limited preservation period may apply where legally required. Third-party platforms control their own data retention.
