1. Acceptance
These Terms govern www.save4.io and @Save4io_bot (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use it.
2. Service
Save4.io provides a technical interface to retrieve video, audio or related media from supported third-party links. Available formats, sources and functionality may change, and downloads are not guaranteed.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You must use it lawfully and comply with applicable intellectual property, privacy and source-platform rules.
4. Content rights
You are responsible for ensuring that you own the content, have permission from the rights holder or have another lawful basis for downloading and using it. A download option does not grant any license or authorization.
5. Prohibited use
Do not infringe copyright or privacy rights; access private or restricted material without authorization; bypass authentication, paywalls, DRM or other technical protections; submit stolen credentials or tokens; distribute malware; disrupt the Service; or use automated requests abusively.
6. Third-party platforms
Save4.io is independent of YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, VK, Telegram and other platforms, and is not endorsed by them. Their names and trademarks belong to their owners.
7. Submitted links
You confirm that you are authorized to submit and process each link. Do not provide credentials, private access tokens, sensitive data or unlawfully obtained material. We may refuse unsafe or unlawful requests.
8. Availability
We may limit, suspend, change or discontinue the Service or particular sources to address legal, security, operational or third-party restrictions.
9. No warranties
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION, ACCURACY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. MANDATORY RIGHTS REMAIN UNAFFECTED.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE. NOTHING EXCLUDES LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED.
11. Responsibility for claims
You are responsible for your use of the Service and the media you download or share. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify the operator for third-party claims arising from unlawful use or material breach of these Terms, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
12. Copyright complaints
Rights holders may contact save4org@gmail.com with identification of the protected work, relevant URL or details, their contact information and their authority to act. We will review sufficiently detailed notices and may disable access to material under our control or restrict misuse where appropriate. This statement does not claim eligibility for any statutory safe harbor.
13. Abuse prevention
We may restrict access to protect the Service, other users and third parties or to comply with law, subject to applicable legal requirements.
14. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is processed, including the two-hour application-data retention and up-to-seven-day Railway log retention.
15. Changes
Updated Terms will be published with a revised effective date. Additional notice or consent will be provided where required by law.
16. Applicable law
Applicable law and competent courts are determined under relevant conflict-of-laws rules, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
